Some weeks are so quiet, and then I think, nothing exciting ever happens. Then we have weeks like this one! Whew! I can honestly say...the quiet days and weeks are much better!
My brother in law fell again! He is near 90, but has been going downhill! Fast. He took my sister in law to therapy... and he fell in the restroom of the therapy place! He crawled to the door, yelling for help. They called the ambulance and they were taken to the ER. The ER ran a battery of tests again, and thank God he didn't break any bones.
He refuses to stop driving, he can't hardly move his legs to walk, he certainly shouldn't be behind a wheel. possibly harming himself or others. There comes a time when you have to admit you just can't do things, and take help from others, family or whatever! I can see in myself, I have to pace myself, we are both retired, but I see that I can't clean my whole house in one day.
We had our granddaughter, so when my son picked her up, we had to go down to the hospital to pick my sil up. We thought my bil was being admitted, but it ended up he was released.
Sunday
Thankfully he was released, with no broken bones. I think he should give up driving, he has very slow reflexes!
It rained off and on for most of today.n we love it…warm and cozy in our home. Our son Mike and his wife will join us for Sunday dinner. My way of spending Sunday nights. Of course, having our little Olivia makes it all the better!
I’m excited to the new season of Yellowstone to start, I love Kevin Costner! My husband is also interested in checking out Tulsa Kings. I feel I won’t like it, but I will give it a try.
