I had my 6 month visit at my doctor's today and I had a great check up! My bad cholesterol went way way down by several hundred points! and my good went up, that still needs improving but my doctor was thrilled! No signs of diabetes,blood pressure great, I was totally surprised because I was in such bad shape before.
I still have weight issues, and I will work diligently on that. But my weight did drop as well, so happy me!
Our temps have warmed and it was a nice sunny day for us. Temps actually got up to 39!
